Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Kung Fu exercise. The goal of Tai Chi is to unite mind, body and emotion in a continuous way to build up the well being of a person. We have been running the Tai Chi class for over a decade. During the class, we do meditation, then slowly move into Tai Chi exercise for 40 minutes. After that, we offer a stretching class as well. We offer both beginner and advanced Tai Chi classes. The class is conducted in Cantonese.
